ST. ISIDORE PARISH FAIR

St. Isidore parish fair is the first fair in the Bednja region which has been held on May 10 for many decades.
The Catholic Church officially celebrates this saint in April but because of the very long fair tradition the parish fair in Bednja is still held in May.

St. Isidore parish fair is highly visited and very important for the local people because it actually represents the first annual walk of the new generations in the family. That was the main reason for the local authorities to declare the 10th of May the official Municipality Day.
