ASSUMPTION OF MARY- PARISH FAIR

The feast day of the Assumption on August 15 is a public holiday in many countries as well as in Croatia.
It is also the main parish fair in Bednja which is highly visited. It represents the culmination of the parish fairs in the municipality beginning with the St. Isidore parish fair in May and ending with St. Augustine parish fair in August.
